We recognize our social responsibility and value transparency in all aspects of the organization.

We believe that Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is much more than a way to promote a brand—it is part of our organizational DNA as a nonprofit.

We will go above and beyond the level of transparency required by the IRS for a 501c3 organization by publishing our tax documents and detailed financial reports. We will also make any relevant organizational documents available for public consumption such as: (1) our donor privacy policy and (2) our data retention and destruction policy as well as our certification of incorporation in Texas and our 501c3 determination letter from the IRS.

We also recognize our responsibility to operate within an ethical framework that promotes human rights, considers environmental impact and always respects local cultures. We are also committed to respecting the rule of law in any country where we work and any relevant international agreements.
